Submission Toolset

The Submission Toolset prepares an NG911 geodatabase for submission to the State.

Check All and Zip

This tool runs all required validation routines on the selected geodatabase. If no validation errors are generated, the tool automatically exports the geodatabase as a zip file for submission.

Usage

1. Select the Standard geodatabase.

2. Specify the location to export the zip file if the geodatabase passes validation.

3. To only check and export features where SUBMIT = Y, select Respect Submit.

4. To overwrite an existing file at the output location (if one exists), select Overwrite Existing Output.

5. Run the tool.
